PIXEL BREAK
nagaga（以下「開発者」）は、iOS アプリ「PIXEL BREAK」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
開発者は、本アプリを通じて氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。また、開発者のサーバーへ情報を送信することもありません。
ハイスコア、到達したステージ、設定（サウンドのオン・オフ、操作方法など）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
2. 広告配信について
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用し、バナー広告と、コンティニュー時に任意で視聴できる動画広告を表示します。広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のため、Google により次のような情報が収集される場合があります。
- 広告識別子（IDFA）※ 下記のトラッキング許可をいただいた場合のみ
- IP アドレス、端末の種類、OS のバージョン、言語設定などの端末情報
- 広告の表示やタップなどの操作履歴
- おおよその地域（IP アドレスから推定されるもの）
これらの情報は Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。詳しくは以下をご覧ください。
3. トラッキングの許可について
本アプリは初回起動時に、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の仕組みにより、広告識別子の利用についての許可を求めます。許可しない場合でも本アプリはすべての機能をご利用いただけます（表示される広告がパーソナライズされないものになります）。
許可の設定は、iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスにお住まいの方には、Google の同意管理の仕組みにより、広告データの利用に関する同意画面が表示される場合があります。
4. 第三者への提供
開発者は、上記の広告配信サービスによる収集を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
5. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子さまを対象としたものではなく、13 歳未満のお子さまの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
6. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy (English)
This policy describes how nagaga ("the developer") handles information in the iOS app "PIXEL BREAK" ("the App").
1. Information we collect
The developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location, and the App does not send any data to the developer's servers. Your high score, stage progress, and settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the App.
2. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display banner ads and optional rewarded video ads (offered when you choose to continue a game). For ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, Google may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device information (model, OS version, language), ad interactions, and approximate location derived from your IP address. 3. App Tracking Transparency
On first launch the App asks for permission to use your advertising identifier. All features remain available if you decline; you will see non-personalized ads instead. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland may be shown a consent form through Google's consent management platform.
4. Sharing with third parties
Apart from the advertising service described above, the developer does not share your information with third parties.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
